Gideon and Reed are a bonded pair of adult male guinea pigs. They are very shy little guys at first, Reed is the more outgoing of the two but they can be won over with carrots. Once they trust you they love little head scratches. They are very good eaters and love their hay and salad. Reed is the brown and white and Gideon is the black and brown. They came into the rescue when their owner discovered they were allergic to the hay. They were very spoiled piggies and enjoy running around and playing in their play pen outside (supervised of course). They don't seem bothered by the cats or dogs in their foster home checking them out and are used to the noise of kids but would do much better in a more quiet home with older children.
Their adoption fee is covered thanks to a very generous donation!
