Penelope might seem small but she is mighty...and fearless!  She is such a good girl though, at 2 yrs old she is only 25lbs.  She loves literally everyone and everything.  She does well in her crate and hasn't had a accident since the first night she was at her foster home.  She can be pretty mouthy when she plays and can be too hard so she needs some work there still.  She also can be a lot for another dog so she needs help learning manners and sometimes needs to be separated to calm down (not aggressive, just very excited and playful).  She also might be too much for little kids.  We are unsure on cats.  She is a jumper and even with her short legs will jump up and climb on everything so she needs a firm owner who can work with her manners.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
