Harley is a sweet little girl.  She and her siblings are very playful and she loves running around and playing with the other cats in her foster house.  She would be great being adopted with one of her siblings or at least in a house with another cat.  She also does great with the resident dog and she would most likely be fine with kids as well.  She loves to snuggle after a good round of tag or catch.  She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.
