Rico we suspect is about 6-7 years old.  He came in with a few other dogs that were wandering their property after their owner passed away.  At first we thought he was one of the puppies but the vet stated that he was older so we suspect he was the father.  He is a very sweet guy.  He loves to snuggle and hang out with his people and doggie friends.  He is very well mannered and takes treats very gently.  He is great with kids and other dogs, unknown about cats.  He walks well on a leash, is housebroken, and crate trained.  He is also fixed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines.  He is currently finishing up heartworm treatment (he tested positive) but he is healthy and happy otherwise and should be completely fine after his last treatment.
