Bella is such a sweet, young girl, who had a pretty traumatic experience and will need a patient person to help her through it. This poor girl come into our rescue with 5 other pit bulls when their owner passed away. They were all left for an unknown amount of time as this person lived alone and Bella was in the room with the man. She has struggled with a lot of separation anxiety since moving into her foster home. She does take a little time to warm up to new people and dogs, but she loves having another dog and she does fine with cats as well. She is fine with older kids but might be too much for younger kids. She sleeps in a crate at night but she doesn't like being left alone so she will chew through crates if she can't find her person. She also is housebroken but when you leave she has had some accidents. The vet has been trying different anxiety meds, but she would do best, at least for a while, with someone who works from home. She is very loving and affectionate, still learning some manners like walking on a leash but knows sit, stay, and come. She is fixed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. We are hoping she can find that perfect person to help her overcome her previous experience and learn that the world is a safe place again.
Her adoption fee is $350
